⭐ Star of the Month: Kayla ⭐
Kayla has a lot to celebrate this month, including welcoming a very special new addition to her life. She recently got a new kitten named Stevie, and she has taken on the role of Stevie’s main caretaker with so much love and responsibility. From feeding her and keeping her litter box clean to making sure there’s plenty of playtime, Kayla does an amazing job caring for her furry friend. Watching Stevie grow under Kayla’s care has already been such a joy.
Kayla’s love for animals doesn’t stop at home. She also volunteers her time at the Oregon Humane Society and at a rescue horse farm in Sandy. Animals seem to naturally gravitate toward her, and it’s easy to see why. Kayla has a gentle, caring spirit that makes both people and animals feel safe and loved.
When she’s not busy caring for animals, Kayla enjoys cooking and baking. She can make cookies, cakes, and muffins, all gluten free, and loves sharing her creations. She also enjoys swimming, playing games, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows. After a recent move, Kayla has been especially excited to have access to an indoor swimming pool and hot tub in her building, which has quickly become one of her favorite perks.
Travel is another thing Kayla loves, and Disneyland holds a special place in her heart. This past summer, she had the chance to visit Disney World, which was a dream come true and a trip full of magical memories.
This year brought some big changes for Kayla, including two major moves. Through it all, she has shown incredible resilience, strength, and grace. Those around her often share how uplifting it is to be in her presence. Her smile truly lights up a room, and her positive, bubbly energy is absolutely contagious.
Kayla is thoughtful, fun, and full of heart. We are so proud of everything she has navigated this year and so excited to watch both Kayla and Stevie continue to grow in 2026. Congratulations, Kayla. You are so deserving of being our Star of the Month. 🌟
