🌟 Star of the Month: Ethan
This month, we’re proud to celebrate Ethan as our Star of the Month! Over the past year, Ethan has accomplished so much and continues to impress everyone who knows him. From graduating high school to turning his internship into a full-time position, he’s shown tremendous growth, dedication, and heart.
Ethan’s support provider, Alex, shared that working alongside him has been an absolute joy. “The daily goal is to ensure dignity, independence, and happiness, and I can’t imagine a more important role,” Alex said. “Ethan’s fun-loving nature keeps me on my toes with his cheerful pranks, and his determination inspires me every day.”
That positivity and drive shine through in every part of Ethan’s life. With Alex’s support, Ethan has learned valuable life skills like managing his appointments, budgeting, and using his phone more independently. Their Thursdays together are filled with errands, teamwork, and a new favorite activity — Special Olympics bowling!
Ethan’s father, Jesse, shared how much these experiences have meant to their family: “Through support services, Ethan has gained confidence and a stronger sense of responsibility. What we appreciate most about Alex is how genuinely he cares. Having him in Ethan’s life has been such a positive experience.”

He’s shown a proactive commitment to his well-being, taken steps toward independence, and continues to grow both professionally and personally.
