Ten years ago, on May 5th 2015, Alliance Services began with a simple but powerful goal: to care for people with developmental disabilities in a way that truly matters.
Now, a decade later, that goal has grown into something very special. What started as a small organization with a big heart has become a trusted provider of compassionate care for people with developmental disabilities across our community.
Alliance Services is a living, breathing network of people who care deeply. People who care about the work, about each other, and especially about those we support. Whether it’s a fun night out at one of our many events, a quiet moment of support between a caregiver and a client, or a celebration that brings everyone together, this team shows up with heart every single time.
Ten years is no small thing. It means trust earned, relationships built, and lives changed. And while I’ve only been with Alliance for a short part of that journey, I feel incredibly lucky to be part of where we’re headed next.
To those who’ve been here from the beginning and those you have just joined, thank you. Thank you for believing in this mission and for bringing it to life, every day.
