One-on-one support for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Maximizing independence and engagement in a life fully integrated within the community.

Attendant Care

Alliance Services provides one-on-one care for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. We have trained providers ready to assist with everyday living needs and provide support with necessary life skills so that our customers can thrive.

Relief Care

We know how hard it is to provide services, so for any customer who receives 40 or more hours of service through us per week, we will provide relief care services for the primary caregiver to get much needed relief.

We work to help our customers integrate into the community knowing how vital they are to it

Here are some of the activities that our Direct Support Professionals often help our customers with depending on the service provided.

In-home activities

Life’s excitement comes from doing things together. Our DSPs aim to guide customers in having a great time while also building their skills through activities such as arts and crafts and outdoor games.

Meal preparation

We take time to understand the unique needs of each and every customer and their care providers so we can provide the best possible care and experience.

Hygiene

We pair customers and their care providers together purposefully and thoughtfully, having them meet in person to ensure the relationship is a fit before they begin working together.

Budgeting & money management

We prioritize communication with customers, providers, case workers, and other community members through round-the-clock support and responses within 24-hours.

Shopping

We treat every customer, provider, and those within our support networks as members of the Alliance Services family seeking to care for them with integrity and treat them with dignity and respect.
