ST. PAUL

The St. Paul Rodeo has a spectacular display of fireworks at 10:00pm, but you don’t have to pay to go into the rodeo to enjoy them! There are plenty of areas and fields around the rodeo to sit and enjoy the show.

PARROT MOUNTAIN

From the top of Parrot Mountain you can see many firework shows!

Newport Area

NEWPORT FIREWORKS

Enjoy this awesome show over the harbor! Weather permitting, this year’s Fourth of July Fireworks display is scheduled to light up the harbor beginning at approximately 9:15 p.m. Click here for more information, especially where to park.

Portland Area

HOOD RIVER FIREWORKS

Hood River is an excellent 4th of July destination near Portland. Visitors can watch a community parade as well as participate in various social events during the day and watch one of the largest fireworks shows on the West Coast during the night. The spectacular 25-minute display is synchronized with classical music if you watch from the Hood River Event Site at the Waterfront Park. Admission is free, but parking is available for a fee.

TIGARD 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS SHOW

A family event featuring fireworks, live music, kids’ games, police and fire vehicles and a concession stand offering light snacks for sale. No pets, barbeques, alcohol, personal fireworks or smoking allowed on school grounds. As part of the 4th of July festivities, the Tualatin Valley Community Band performs before the fireworks.

Gates open at 6 PM for entertainment and games
Bring a picnic and hang out at the Tigard High School Fields (along 92nd Ave)
Fireworks begin at dark (around 10 PM)

Salem Area

4TH OF JULY SPECTACULAR

It’ll be family fun for all at the Official Fireworks of Salem, with a carnival, food and beverage, and a concert by Alabama, wrapping up with a FREE 20-minute fireworks show that will light up the sky above the Oregon State Fairgrounds!
