Alliance Services is hiring providers in Polk County to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them to become the best version of themselves.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Have fun while helping customers be the best versions of themselves! Spend your time doing fun activities like arts & crafts or sports, and work to understand what dreams you and your customer can pursue together
- Assist with everyday living needs (such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping)
- Follow customers care plan and provide updates as needed

- At Least 18 Years of Age
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- Working cell phone
- Direct Deposit
- Current first aid & CPR certification – we will help you get certified! (reimbursement available)
- Pass a criminal background check
Job Type: Full Time, Part Time Salary: $22.00 – $23.00/hour ($21.00/hour if no experience)
