Claire
Care Team Specialist
Claire serves as a Care Team Specialist with Alliance Services, bringing a grounded, compassionate presence to the individuals and families she supports. Having lived in 11 different Oregon communities before settling in Newberg/Dundee in 2012, she carries with her a deep appreciation for connection, stability, and community belonging.
Claire’s passion for the IDD community began early. Throughout middle and high school, she had the opportunity to shadow a close family friend who taught Special Education at a preschool program, she later supported students in grades 2–4 at a local elementary. This early exposure ignited her lifelong commitment to making a positive impact.
Growing up in a large, blended family with six siblings and eight nieces and nephews—many of whom, like herself, are diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders—Claire understands firsthand the importance of access to the right supports. This personal experience, combined with her professional background as a caregiver and administrator in senior care, has equipped her with a unique ability to connect with and uplift individuals from all walks of life. Her primary goal is to empower others, helping them achieve their personal aspirations with empathy, respect, and unwavering support.
Outside of her work with Alliance, Claire enjoys a variety of fulfilling activities, including singing, creative writing, and simply immersing herself in nature. She also cherishes spending quality time with her 4-year-old daughter, her partner, and their three beloved dogs.
