🌟 Employee of the Month: Kelley 🌟
We are proud to recognize Kelley as our Employee of the Month and to celebrate the compassion, dedication, and steady support she brings to the family she serves. Over the past year and beyond, Kelley has become an invaluable part of Noah’s life and an incredible source of stability for his family.
Noah was born with Down syndrome and later diagnosed with autism. Raising a child with special needs comes with unique challenges, and his parents faced them together as a strong team. After the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Noah’s mother in 2023, his father found himself navigating deep grief while becoming a solo parent to three boys.
During this incredibly difficult time, Kelley stepped in with consistency, care, and heart.
She has provided Noah with dedicated, thoughtful support while helping his family adjust routines and better understand what he needs to thrive. Kelley has taken the time to learn what helps Noah succeed and continues to grow alongside him. Her willingness to celebrate his progress and share his successes with our office team reflects how deeply she cares.
Her presence has not only supported Noah’s growth, but also given his father the space to grieve and care for his other children. That kind of steady, reliable support makes a meaningful difference in ways that are hard to fully put into words.
Noah truly enjoys spending time with Kelley, and it shows in the connection they’ve built together. Her patience, consistency, and genuine love for her client shine through in everything she does.
Kelley’s dedication is a beautiful example of what it means to be a committed DSP. We are so grateful for the impact she has made on this family and within our Alliance Services community.
