Congratulations, Lynn: Our Employee of the Month!

At Alliance Services, we’re all about building community and making a difference, and no one embodies that more than our Employee of the Month, Lynn. They have been a standout provider, not just because of their exceptional care but for the deep personal connections they formed with their clients. Their passion and dedication truly shine through in everything they do.

As Lynn puts it, “Working as a care provider has been an immensely rewarding experience, both in seeing the impact on the lives and communities of those I get to assist, as well as seeing personal growth in myself.” For Lynn, this role is more than just a job—it’s a calling. They shared how they’ve been learning American Sign Language (ASL) to better communicate with one of their clients, RhSi. “I have found that to be true as I have embarked on the journey of teaching myself ASL so that I can pass that knowledge along to one of my clients,” Lynn explained. It’s that level of commitment and desire to go the extra mile that sets them apart.

One of the families Lynn works with, had nothing but praise for them. Torey, RhSi’s mother, described the joy Lynn brings to their household: “Lynn has been such an amazing addition to our little family. RhSi adores them. Lynn isn’t just his provider, they are RhSi’s friend as well!” Torey went on to say how much comfort it gives her knowing that RhSi is not only well cared for but genuinely happy with Lynn. “Lynn has made my life so much easier by providing such great care that I can actually relax knowing that my son is well taken care of.”

Lynn’s ability to connect with their clients in such a meaningful way is truly inspiring. Whether it’s taking RhSi on walks, reading countless stories, or creatively finding ways to support his physical and emotional well-being, Lynn’s approach is always thoughtful and caring. “When Lynn’s not here, RhSi misses him,” Torey shared. “Lynn listens to the necessary training in order to best help RhSi with all of his needs.” Lynn’s effort to learn ASL for RhSi speaks volumes about his dedication.
