Alliance Services is hiring for a passionate, driven individual with a heart for serving their community to join the team as a Community Partnerships Manager. The Community Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing the partnership efforts in assigned counties and focus areas within Oregon. Building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners as well as customers.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Drive referral generation and customer hours for assigned territories
- Collaborate with Community Partnerships Director to create and implement strategic sales plans for assigned focus areas and temporarily assist with other areas as needed
- Develop and expand on County and Private Brokerage relationships and provide updated information regarding current programs and services for assigned territories
- Coordinate and conduct sales activities (e.g. presentations) and connection activities (e.g. customer events) to engage the community
- Track sales activity and report analysis, strategizing with Community Partnerships Director on how to maximize time and resources
- Identify and develop alternative channel partnerships in assigned territories or community events to promote business growth and brand awareness in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)community
- Additional duties as needed
