🌟 Employee of the Month: Amy 🌟

At Alliance Services, we know that making a difference often happens through patience, compassion, and showing up every single day. This month, we are proud to recognize Amy as our Employee of the Month!

For more than a year, Amy has served as the primary provider for her client building a trusting relationship through consistency and genuine care. While the role has come with significant behavioral challenges, including days that have resulted in physical injuries, Amy has never lost sight of what matters most: supporting her client with kindness and dedication.

Rather than giving up when things get difficult, Amy continues to look for new ways to help her client succeed. She works closely with the family, helping bridge language barriers, and collaborates with the Service Coordinator to advocate for additional resources, including a Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP), to ensure her client has access to the support they need.

Amy’s commitment extends far beyond her daily responsibilities. Her perseverance, advocacy, and compassionate approach embody the values we strive to uphold at Alliance Services.
