We’re excited to recognize Hailey as our Employee of the Month!

For more than a year, Hailey has been a dedicated member of the Alliance Services team, consistently showing the patience, compassion, and dependability that make an exceptional Direct Support Professional.

Over the past few months, Hailey has supported someone through several significant life changes, including the loss of an emotional support animal in June and a move to a new home in July. Through it all, Hailey has remained a steady and trusted presence.

Hailey has a special ability to recognize when additional reassurance and support are needed, making sure the people she supports know they have someone they can count on. Her caring nature and consistency have helped provide comfort and stability during a challenging season of change.
