Pam has always felt a deep calling to help others, a gift she believes was bestowed upon her by a higher power. Her journey began in childhood when she took on the role of caregiver for her younger siblings, including one with Down syndrome. She became their guiding light at just 10 years old, all while managing household duties.
Throughout her life, Pam has worn many hats after her dream of becoming a pediatric nurse or doctor was put on hold during her junior year of nursing school when her mother unexpectedly passed away.

Pam stepped in to care for her 15-year-old brother, and began serving in the Army National Guard as a medic for a decade. Since then she worked her way up from a cashier to restaurant manager, and even ran her own house painting business for a time. However, her most fulfilling role has been as a caregiver for the past eleven years.
What truly warms Pam’s heart is helping people find happiness and purpose. She delights in inspiring others to realize their potential, achieve their dreams, and infuse hope, joy, and love into their lives. Seeing their smiles is her greatest reward.

Congratulations, Pam, on this well-deserved recognition!
